Summit Campus, a living, learning, residential community for area college students with autism, has received a grant of $2,500.00 from Berkshire Bank to fund the Social Skills Training program which is integrated organically through group and 1:1 instruction. The Social Skills Training group is facilitated by Nikki Koppel, Campus Director, with students from Holy Cross College, who are fulfilling a component of their community-based learning class. Nikki expresses her gratitude for this grant, " I am grateful for community partners like Berkshire Bank that recognize the importance of our Social Skills Training program and the impact it will have on our students' success."
